Cancellations

  •    Order Cancellation Request: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

    •    Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available only if your order has not been shipped or processed. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund.

    •    Non-Refundable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all opened or used products are non-refundable.

    •    Refund Process: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping and Return Costs
